[Progress Update] January '26
Hey friends,
Last month was pretty intense, we just completed the next Sanctuary and now processing everything. This month, I’m focused on integrating the insights and refining the economic model. We have a quite unique concept and need to consolidate what works, while removing what doesn’t.

Current activity
Justina and I facilitated a workshop for the Devcon to support them with planning.
Sanctuary #3 is complete. We learned a lot. Thank you to the great minds who contributed, provided feedback, and came to our showcase!
By the way, our friends from Agartha are hosting a residency on games in Portugal at Fool’s Valley in April.

We had almost twice as many visitors/views this month, with a spike on January 13th. It was caused by our appearance at the EthChiangmai event with a small presentation.

We haven’t published anything specific in the last two months due to higher overhead in other areas. So our subscriber count has been relatively stable since the end of last year.
