TrustMachines Project: Nearing the completion of the TrustMachines project, albeit with a slightly diminished profit margin.
Legra.app Development: Initiating (volunteer-based) user research and design work processes on the legra.app, with specific details and timelines to be defined and published to Deep Teams.
A16z Portfolio Analysis: Conducting a review of the a16z portfolio to identify and initiate potential collaborative opportunities.

Community Meetup in Winter: Engaging in discussions regarding a potential winter meetup for Deep Work, with Italy and Bulgaria being primary considerations.
Istanbul Preparations: Airbnb accommodations in Istanbul have been secured, now preparing the event, most likely on Thursday the 16th. Planning to do research and talk to projects that might be interesting. Two more beds are free, apply here.
External Event Involvement: Andrej is likely to participate in several external events at DevConnect, (TRGC, Blockswap, maybe more) providing representation and engagement in various forums.
